Lindsay A. Chudzik

Lindsay A. Chudzik received her MFA in Creative Writing from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her one-act plays have appeared in a number of festivals, and Chudzik’s short stories have appeared or are forthcoming in Dogwood: A Journal of Poetry & Prose, Ghost Town, Haunted Waters Press, and Map Literary, among others. Her creative nonfiction has been anthologized and her short story, “Check Yes If You Like Us,” was a finalist for the 2015 Dogwood Prize. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor of Writing at Virginia Commonwealth University and facilities creative writing workshops for ex-offenders at OAR in Richmond, Virginia.

Hannah Carmack is an emerging writer from Roscoe, IL. She has been writing since the third grade but only recently discovered her love of non-fiction and poetry. She enjoys reading and writing in her spare time, as well as staying politically active due to her passion for people with disabilities. This passion was spurred from her life being changed by being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. Since then she has spent her time making her voice heard and paying tithe to the all-mighty colon.

Stephen Scott Whitaker is a member of National Book Critics Circle and literary review editor for The Broadkill Review. His poetry, fiction, and essays have appeared in dozens of publications. His previous chapbooks include the steampunk inspired The Black Narrows, the award winning Field Recordings, and The Barleyhouse Letters. Whitaker teaches theater, literature and psychology in rural Maryland.
